The Town of Connelly Springs does not provide set up or clean up services. Set up and clean up are the sole responsibility of the renter. Details will be provided with the rental agreement.

Describe the type of event (i.e. baby shower, holiday party, fundraiser) and any party equipment that requires approval:

inflatables / bounce houses
water play
climbing walls
animals / petting zoo
outdoor cooking equipment - grills, fryers, smokers, etc.

Some party equipment may require event insurance.

Note: Failure to disclose any equipment may result in a permanent ban from use of the community room.
